How can we help?

A person reads every message and answers by email, usually within a day or two. If it is about a picture, the culture number helps us find it.

Or email us directly: hello@hofmannsdream.com

Quick answers

• I paid but I still only see the preview. Payments sometimes take a minute. Reload the page; if it is still a preview after a few minutes, write to us and we fix it right away.
• My picture didn't grow. Failed pictures never cost anything. Try again, or try a photo with more texture and light.
• I didn't get the sign-in code. Check your spam folder, wait a minute, and ask for a new code.
• I want my money back. Tell us here. See the terms for how refunds work.
• Delete my data. You can do it yourself on the Bench (“Delete account”), or ask us here.
