The rules for using Hofmanns Dream, in plain words.

1. Who you are dealing with

Hofmanns Dream is a brand of AAOOH OÜ, [LEGAL_ADDRESS] (“we”). See the imprint.

2. What we offer

You upload a photo and we grow it into a new picture with our own software. Seeing a photo grown is free a few times (3 tries for a new account): the preview shows a few places of the grown picture, one after another, on your own photo. Keeping the whole picture in full size uses one “photo to keep” from a pack you buy.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a code we send you. Please use your own address and keep access to it to yourself. One person, one account: creating several accounts to collect free previews is not allowed, and we may limit free previews to stop it.

4. Prices and payment

A pack currently costs €5 for 10 photos to keep, including VAT. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe. Photos to keep from a pack do not expire.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because a pack is digital content that we deliver right away, you ask us at checkout to start immediately and confirm that your right of withdrawal ends once your first picture is kept. Until then you can withdraw within 14 days by writing to us on the support page, and we refund you in full.

Beyond the law: if a picture didn't grow properly or something else went wrong, tell us and we will make it right, with a new try or a refund.

6. Your photos and pictures

• Only upload photos you took yourself or are allowed to use, and nothing illegal, hateful or sexual.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to store and process them only to grow them for you and show them to you.
• This is not an archive. A picture you keep stays in your account for 90 days so you can save it; after that it is deleted. Please save the pictures you keep to your own device.
• The pictures you keep are yours to use privately and to share, for example as a lock screen or on social media. If you would like to use them commercially (print sales, products, advertising), ask us first.
• We may remove content that breaks these rules and close accounts that misuse the service.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the studio running, but growing pictures needs powerful servers and can sometimes be slow or unavailable. A free preview is not a promise of a particular result.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaching essential duties of the contract, and then only up to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the studio. Unused photos to keep from packs bought in the last 14 days are refunded on request; older ones lapse with the account.

10. Law

The law of Estonia applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
